The property at 558 London Rd, Chandler, has a garage that can accommodate up to 22 cars.Mr Talbot and Ms Robinson had been looking for a home close to the city with easy access to the freeway, with plenty of space and privacy for their family. The couple made headlines when Mr Talbot popped the question during a live television interview at the Bathurst 1000 in October last year. Mr Talbot was quoted in the Gold Coast Bulletin earlier this year as saying his new year’s resolution was; “To create the best garage in the world. Don’t laugh, it’s my dream and this year I want to do that at home”. This property has been dubbed the ‘James Bond House’Marketing agent Tyson Clarke of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty – Brisbane said the home had Brisbane’s biggest residential garage.“I sold the famous Batman tunnel house in Ascot for $8.8 million, which had a secret tunnel to a 10-car underground garage,” Mr Clarke said.
